Here comes the bride! On July 18, Gabbriette Bechtel—better known mononymously by her first name—officially tied the knot with Matty Healy.
Nearly three years after they were first spotted together back in September 2023, the couple celebrated their love by welcoming a star-studded guest list to Madonna’s former estate in Los Angeles. There, in front of their friends and family (including familiar faces such as Charli XCX and George Daniel), they said “I do” and sealed the deal with a kiss.
The location, in addition to their supposed old Hollywood dress code, made for a very glamorous event. And for the ceremony, the bride selected an appropriately dramatic, on-theme gown.
Smiling for photos after the nuptials, Gabbriette was seen in a white long-sleeve wedding dress with a fitted bodice and voluminous skirt. The top, which was crafted with a low square neckline, saw layers of gathered ruching; the drop-waist gown, set with an inverted basque-waist silhouette, swept behind her with a full train. Taking the number from a traditional Victorian-inspired piece to a goth-glam It girl dream look, the whole thing was finished with tulle trim and raw hems, creating a softly frayed, shipwrecked effect perfect for a bit of gothic romance.
The model wore her hair in an exaggerated half-up, half-down manner with a slight nod to the beehive style of the 1960s. She pinned a long veil to her dark locks and stood next to Healy—who wore a black suit with a white boutonniere to match his new wife.
