Lebanese Comic John Achkar’s Show at L’Olympia Hall in Paris Set for TV Special as Front Row Expands Into Comedy Content

Dubai-based distributor and producer Front Row Filmed Entertainment is branching out into the comedy content space by producing a TV special covering prominent Lebanese comedian John Achkar’s upcoming stand-up comedy spectacle “Tryin’” (“Aam Jarrib”) at Paris’ legendary L’Olympia concert hall.

Achkar’s performance of “Tryin’” in Paris on Oct. 23 will mark the first-ever Arabic-language performance by a comedian on the iconic L’Olympia stage, according to a Front Row statement. L’Olympia has hosted world comedy greats such as Chris Rock, Gad Elmaleh, and Eddie Izzard.
