Seven-time Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles confirmed in a TikTok video that she has undergone three plastic surgeries after hinting that she had a boob job on October 15
Simone Biles posted a TikTok video on Wednesday, October 29, confirming that she has had multiple plastic surgeries.
In the video, the 28-year-old gymnast told her followers, “Get un-ready with me while I tell you a few fun facts about myself.” After listing off a few personal tidbits, she said, “I’ve had three plastic surgeries and two of them you would never be able to tell,” prompting fans to “guess.”
The Olympian recently hinted at the fact that she got a boob job in an Instagram post and has spoken in the past about her experience getting Botox injections. Now, she has opened up about other procedures she’s had.

In the video, Simone also admitted that she grew up with a “house cleaner” and never did her own laundry until she moved out of her family’s home, a fact that she said is “going to p-ss a lot of people off.”
After listing a few more ‘fun facts,’ she challenged her fans to guess which cosmetic procedures she had undergone.
One fan took her up on the challenge, commenting, “Boobs, skinny bbl, and eye lift or skin tightening? I’m literally guessing bc i can’t tell lol.”
Simone responded directly to the guess, “[Cherry emoji], lower bleph because I had THE WORST eye bags & ear lobe — my earring got ripped out when I was younger,” confirming not only that she had undergone a breast augmentation, but also a lower blepharoplasty and earlobe surgery.
A lower blepharoplasty is a procedure that reduces the appearance of bagginess in the lower eyelids and removes excess skin from the upper eyelids.
This isn’t the first time she’s used the cherry emoji to allude to her brand new boob job. On October 15, she shared an Instagram post of herself doing a series of backflips on a trampoline, captioned, “First flip – in a year – at the new home – with new [cherry emoji],” which was formatted as a list.
The post seemed to confirm speculation surrounding her chest, which appeared noticeably fuller at the 2025 Espy Awards, which she attended with her husband, NFL star Jonathan Owens.
Last year, Simone opened up about her experience with Botox in a ‘get ready with me’ video she posted before competing in the women’s gymnastics all-around finals at the Paris Olympics.
“For my 27th birthday, I got Botox, like, baby Botox, just right here in my T-zone, and I did not like it,” she revealed, “So I haven’t got it again.” She explained that after the Botox, her eyebrows would randomly raise on their own, and she wouldn’t be able to get them to go back down for 20 seconds.
Simone’s post comes as more celebrities are being transparent with their fans about what cosmetic procedures they have had, including the Kardashians and Cardi B.
