All’s Fair in love and … TV reviews? According to Kim Kardashian, negative reviews are nothing to worry about. The reality star, business owner, and now actor, took to Instagram this week to laugh off the poor reaction to All’s Fair, which premiered just a few days ago.
Kim Kardashian joked her new show was “critically acclaimed”
“Have you tuned in to the most critically acclaimed show of the year!?!?!?” Kim joked in an Instagram post, referring to the dismal reviews of All’s Fair so far.
The carousel post included photos of Kim with the show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, as well as screenshots of reactions to the show. In one, a viewer said they “immediately pressed play” upon seeing the show’s debut score of 0% on Rotten Tomatoes.
“Some of the worst acting I’ve ever seen,” another screenshot read. It then called out the “predictable storylines” before announcing a “need” for 14 seasons of All’s Fair. In yet another screenshot, someone said: “We have legendary actresses here giving the worst performances of their careers.”
Speaking of legendary actresses, Kim posed with those very legends in other photos in the carousel. Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash, and Naomi Watts all featured in the post. And there was plenty of praise from other celebrities in the comments section as well.
“I loved it!!!!” exclaimed Bella Thorne, while Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Brit Eady said: “Amazing! Obsessed with this show.”
The official All’s Fair Instagram account even got involved with the conversation, too. “Iconic AF,” it commented. “The girls who get it get it.” Considering that All’s Fair is currently ranking in the Top 10 TV shows on Disney+ in 36 global territories, we’re pretty sure that a lot of the girls are very much getting it.
All’s Fair is available to stream now on Hulu and Disney+.
