AXS
AXS has brought on longtime Live Nation exec Peter Quinlan as MD for Europe and hired Hannah Rouch as marketing VP for Europe. Both are based in London and assuming newly created positions.
Warner Music Group
Warner Music Australasia president Dan Rosen’s post has expanded to also include recorded (but not publishing) operations in Southeast Asia.
Additionally, Leda Chang has come aboard the major’s global catalog division in the newly established SVP of global brand and audience role.
Primary Wave
Primary Wave has promoted 10-year team member Peter Kurczaba to sync VP and upped five-year company vet Cleome Barber to creative A&R director.
BRIT Awards
With Sony Music UK having “spearheaded” the BRIT Awards’ move from London to Manchester, RCA co-president Stacey Tang has been confirmed as the BRITs Committee’s chair.

IMPALA has elected a new executive board; see the full list of members here.
University of New Haven
The University of New Haven has welcomed longtime A&R higher-up Pete Ganbarg, currently president of Pure Tone Music, as a 2025-26 executive in residence.
NSAI
As part of its ongoing board election, the Nashville Songwriters Association International has elevated Parker Welling to industry liaison on the executive committee. Voted into her therefore-vacated seat is Ben Williams, with artist-writer representative Drew Baldridge likewise joining the board.
Play It Again Music
Play It Again has hired Amy O’Connor (formerly part of Riser House) as streaming and digital director, while Molly Reinold (previously with 50 Egg Music) has signed on as creative director.
PPL
Outgoing A2IM head Richard James Burgess is set to begin as Phonographic Performance Limited’s chair on January 5th.
iHeartMedia
Following another layoffs round, iHeartMedia has disclosed multiple hires and programming shifts. In San Francisco, Annalee Gould is officially sales SVP, and in Cincinnati, Sinclair’s Stefan Schellhas has been named market president.
On the programming side, iHeart Denver’s KOA will debut a revamped morning lineup this coming Monday: Ross Kaminsky is moving from the 9 AM slot to host a 6 AM show with Jeana Gondek. Taking the 9 AM-to-noon reins is Michael Brown, who’s transitioning from a morning slot on iHeart Denver’s KHOW.
Boosey & Hawkes
After nearly half a century with Boosey & Hawkes, MD Janis Susskind is preparing to exit in June 2026. Over 15-year team member Steven Lankenau will become president at next year’s start before assuming “full leadership” responsibilities on July 1st.

Months after Del Records CEO Ángel del Villar received a four-year prison sentence, his son Andrew is stepping into the role.
Thrust
Thrust, a self-described “new platform built on Solana that powers the next generation of fan economies,” has launched with Iggy Azalea aboard as a partner and creative director.
