Along with wins in the urban and Reggaeton categories, Bad Bunny finally took home album of the year for the first time with Debí Tirar Más Fotos, his smash hit love letter to Puerto Rico. The album was just nominated last week for album of the year in the general Grammy Awards as well, where it will go up against the likes of Kendrick Lamar’s Gnx and Lady Gaga’s Mayhem among others.
Benito entered tonight’s awards as the top nominee, leading the field with 12 nominations including two entries in both the record and song of the year categories. Perennial hitmaker Edgar Barrera was close behind with 10, as were Ca7riel and Paco Amoroso.
