FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating after one person was killed and another person was hurt in an early morning stabbing at a club.
It happened just before 1:45 a.m. at Piere’s Entertainment Center on St. Joe Road, on the city’s North side.
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was transported to the hospital in non-life threatening condition.
Police say they’re reviewing security footage and interviewing witnesses, but anyone who saw the incident or has information is asking to contact police at (260) 427-1222, Crime Stoppers at (260) 436-7867 or the anonymous P3 Tips app.
