Kim Kardashian debuted one last extravagant fashion look ahead of Christmas Day. The All’s Fair star arrived at her family’s annual Christmas Eve party wearing a vintage Thierry Mugler from the designer’s 1986 Hiver Russe collection. She accessorized with diamond earrings.
Kardashian just finished her press tour for the Ryan Murphy show, where she wore archival pieces from designers like Dior and Dominique Sirop.
The star recently spoke to ELLE.com about her collaboration with Fortnite, where she is now a playable character. She worked with the team to design outfits, including a latex bodysuit and a coat, crop top, and leggings, that represent her most iconic looks.
Of why she chose those types of ensembles, Kardashian explained, “I love latex, and I haven’t seen a character in latex before. I wanted to see if [the team] could get that to look really good, and it reminded me of Japanese anime video game characters. I really like that vibe for the main [outfit], and then they added sunglasses and different hair colors, gloves, and all of that just to accessorize it. [For the second outfit], they wanted something really casual. A little top and a coat is a classic look I’ve worn throughout the years.”
She and the team “would just perfect everything,” she shared. “We had this hour every night from 10 to 11 P.M., just making sure everything looked as realistic as possible. It was such a fun way to fall asleep, going over all of the stuff.”
