Nicholas Braun is officially free and clear after his arrest last year.
Back in August 2025, the 37-year-old Succession actor was arrested on suspicion of DUI Impairment and Operating Without Lights over Labor Day Weekend in the town of Moultonborough in Carroll County, New Hampshire.
Now five months later, it has been revealed that the arrest has been expunged from Nicholas‘ record.
Keep reading to find out more…As of December 10, 2025, the DUI case has been dropped against Nicholas and a judge granted a petition to annul the record, a rep for New Hampshire Judicial Branch told TMZ on Thursday (January 8).
A certificate of annulment was issued on December 17, meaning that the arrest record has been completely erased and it’s as if the arrest never happened.
Shortly after Nicholas‘ arrest, it was revealed that he was ordered to stay away from all drugs and alcohol.
