Marla Maples appears not to have any bad feelings towards her ex-husband, Donald Trump.
The TV personality seemed to highlight her thoughts on Trump, after recently revealing her ‘true priority,’when she was tagged in a post on Instagram which appeared on her page. The post was a video of the current Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F Kennedy Jr., speaking about Trump.
RFK Jr. stood on the top of a staircase in a grey suit and spoke into a microphone. The video had the words “What RFK Jr. just said about Trump gave me chills [fire emoji]” overlaid at the top.
RFK Jr said, “When I was running for president against him, he put out a tweet where he talked about the chronic disease epidemic in children. He’s the only public official I’ve ever seen do that.”
“At that point, I thought, ‘Maybe we have things in common,’ and we later found a lot of stuff in common, and when he invited me to merge my campaign with his campaign, it was on this issue. He said, ‘I will let you fix this problem,'” he continued.
He added, “Every promise that he made me he made he kept in spades. He never promised to put me on his transition committee, but he did.”
Maples was one of the handful of people who were tagged in the video, presumably because she may have been there. At the very least, the video appearing on her page makes it seem like she agrees with the original poster and what RFK Jr. said about her ex-husband.
The 62-year-old married Trump in 1993, and the couple later divorced in 1999. In October of 1993, they welcomed a daughter, Tiffany Trump.
Marples’ Instagram has also been full of photos of her grandson, Alexander Trump Boulos. In a post earlier this month, she shared a video of her, Tiffany, and Alexander in a pool. The 8-month-old tot tried to balance in the water and answered “yeah” as Marla asked him if he would become a “champion swimmer.”
The proud grandmother of one captioned the post, “The true priority in life… love in its purest form. A new vibrant soul, our sweet Alexander, with his beautiful mama, Tiffany. Grateful beyond words #ilovebeingagrandma #GranMar.”
Tiffany welcomed Alexander with her husband Michael Boulos last May, making Marples a grandmother for the first time while this was Trump’s 11th grandchild.
