The Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra brings iconic video games to life at “Video Games Live”

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) -Bringing iconic video game music to life. The Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra is gearing up for its latest concert, “Video Games Live”. The show promises a mix of nostalgic and iconic music.

“It’s music all from Tetris all the way up to The Last of Us, which is a pretty new game. And it’s different scores from all of those games,” said Joe Cook with the BVSO. “It’s going to be all sorts of video game music combined with big stage show production value, lighting effects, and screen projections that are all synced up.”

Before the concert starts, there will be a pre-concert event at the Rudder Exhibit Hall. It is free to anyone who attends the concert, with light bites catered by Chef Tai and a cash bar.

The concert is Sunday, Jan. 25 at 5 p.m. at Rudder Auditorium. The pre-concert event will be held at 4 p.m.
