Cruz Beckham has broken his silence after his 26-year-old brother Brooklynissued a series of shocking allegations about their family on Instagram. The 20-year-old has spoken out less than 24 hours after Brooklyn dramatically took to Instagram Stories to lambast his entire family to the world.
Brooklyn, who is married to Nicola Peltz, claimed his family had attempted to “ruin” his relationship with his wife. He also alleged his brothers, Cruz and Romeo, had blocked him on social media over the summer, before unblocking him. As it stands, Victoria and David have not responded to Brooklyn’s lengthy statement, but Cruz has shared an update on his own Instagram Stories.
Cruz shared a picture of a red electric guitar on his Stories, showing some legs standing on a patterned carpet next to cables, probably needed to plug the instrument in.
It’s unclear if the black jeans and loafers in the picture belong to Cruz or another person, but it looks as if it was taken in a recording studio.
There is no mention or link to anything Brooklyn had said, but Cruz also edited a caption on the latest post on his Instagram grid of the youngster in a recording studio. The caption read: “Working hard or hardly working. @Libbyyadams of course.”
Within Brooklyn’s explosive statement, he claimed: “I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.
I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life. For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family.”
