A row of candlelight will illuminate Our Lady of the Atonement Chapel at Graymoor in Garrison, five miles from downtown Peekskill, on Saturday, Jan. 31. Beginning at 4 p.m., the site will become the setting for Candlelight Concert, an event that brings together music, love, and remembrance.
