Neil Flynn and Christa Miller (Shrinking), who originally played The Janitor and Jordan, respectively, will reprise their roles. Additionally, Rachel Bilson, Andy Ridings and Lisa Gilroy will join the cast as guest stars.
Bilson will play Charlie, a beautiful and elusive visitor at Sacred Heart.
Ridings will play Wes, a pilot who delivers transplant organs.
