As expected, former WME co-head of music Lucy Dickins will be joining Creative Artists Agency, effective mid-April. In addition to serving on CAA’s managing director committee, Dickins will continue working directly with top music artists, according to the announcement.
Her departure from WME, where she was the global head of contemporary music and touring, was announced on Friday.

Dickins joined WME in 2019 after more than two decades at International Booking Talent (ITB), the U.K.-based agency founded by her father, Barry Dickins and Rod MacSween. She comes from a long line of British music business titans: her grandfather Percy launched the long-running music weekly NME, her uncle Rob Dickins led Warner Music U.K. for 15 years, and her brother Jonathan Dickins has managed Adele, Glass Animals and Rick Rubin.
+ Warner Chappell Music has named Edward Matthew vice president of international A&R and head of creative for Scandinavia, the company announced Monday.
Based in Stockholm, Matthew will report to the company’s head of international A&R Shani Gonzales and Scandanavia managing director Lars Karlsson.
In 2019, Mathew founded Lilly Raye Music, a publishing and management company that has been in a joint venture with Warner Chappell since later that year. The company’s writers have earned three Grammy nominations and more than 10 Swedish No. 1 singles.
