Melissa Joan Hart is bringing mermaid vibes to the beach, sharing a too-cute photo of herself in a vibrant bikini and wrap. Fans can’t get enough of the ’90s star’s stunning sun and sand pic.
On March 8, Hart took to Instagram to share her beachside pose, rocking a bikini with a beautiful ocean backdrop.
“New profile pic. #beachvibes 🌊 🐚,” she wrote in the caption.
The comments section was flooded with love and actress Alicia Witt summed it up perfectly, writing, “a vision of mermaid smokeshow! 🩵”

In a February 2026 interview with People, Hart shared the small lifestyle changes she made that resulted in losing 18 pounds.
She credited working out “really hard” and giving up alcohol and sugar as the keys to her “longevity journey.”
“I actually feel stronger and better than I have in a really long time,” she shared.
Hart continued, “I just wanted to feel better. It had nothing to do with losing weight. I really didn’t think I could lose weight anymore, being in midlife and perimenopause and all those things, I was like, ‘Can I really lose weight? I don’t think I can.'”
“I lost about 18 pounds last year,” the actress added.
Hart shared that her journey started as “just trying to feel better.”
“And in doing that and discovering fasting and cutting sugars and cutting alcohol — I haven’t had a drink in over a year,” she explained. “I just don’t even enjoy drinking. So why bother? So I cut these things out of my life, and I started to feel better.”
“And in doing that, I lost a lot of weight and kind of feel great,” she added.
