This event will debut on Saturday, March 14, as racers will battle head-to-head on a downhill pump track at the top of American Eagle lift. Competitor registration is full, but spectators are encouraged to check out the fast-paced racing style.
Aerie Sunset Ski – March 15 and 21
After-hours skiing returns to Copper on two evenings this March. Guests will have access to terrain off the American Eagle and Excelerator lifts from 4-7 p.m. on March 15 and 21. Each ticket includes a complimentary drink as well as appetizers, entrees and desserts served inside the Aeria. Brendan O’Hara will play live music at the lodge on both evenings.

The three-part uphill race series wraps up on April 11 with the Grind Finale. Top male and female competitors in each division (SkiMo, HeavyMetal and Split Board) will receive a Mammut 28-liter touring bag and additional prizes for second and third place.
Uphill skiers of all abilities are welcome.
Peace Out in Central Park – April 18
Peace Out in Central Park is a celebration of Copper’s Peace Park terrain. Professional snowboarder Danny Davis will be giving riders a chance to shred, showcase their skills, and earn part of the $3,000 on cash he will hand out.
There will also be free hot dogs and Mountain Dew as well as prizes from Skullcandy and Mountain Dew.

Sunsation – April 25-26

Pond Skim – April 26
A spring pond skim never gets old, but what’s new at this revamped event is the Skimmy Dippers team event. Teammates will drop in side-by-side on the pond skim course with each pond having rail and jump features. Teams will be judged on style, technique, creativity and difficulty.
The winners earn two Copper season passes for the 2026-27 season, with other prizes for second and third place. Additionally, awards will go to teams with the Best Costume and Best Trick.
