Good Morning Britain presenters Kate Garraway and Rob Rinder have offered their congratulations to a colleague following her on-air engagement announcement.
Throughout Thursday’s (March 26) episode of the ITV breakfast programme, the pair returned to our television screens as they delivered the day’s major news stories from across the UK and internationally.
Nevertheless, competitions presenter Andi Peters was eager to share some wonderful news regarding one of their colleagues, who works behind the cameras.
While promoting the programme’s competition live from Milan, Andi was accompanied by Molly and disclosed that she had recently become engaged.
Following the latest competition information, Andy informed Kate and Rob: “Oh, and by the way, this is a member of my team and she just got engaged.”, reports the Mirror.

Kate offered her congratulations before remarking: “That was a bit quick on the ring. We need to see a bit more of that next time.”
Andy subsequently called Molly back in front of the camera to display the beautiful ring on her finger.
Kate said: “How gorgeous. Well done, congratulations” before Andy joked: “I’d say he’s batting, ’cause Molly’s lovely.”

This isn’t the first occasion the programme has broadcast an engagement revelation, as Richard Arnold previously expressed his backing for ITV personality Davina McCall after she announced her engagement.
On that occasion, the presenter demonstrated his support for The Masked Singer panellist alongside hosts Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid.
Davina confirmed her engagement to partner Michael Douglas last year, with her spokesperson verifying reports.
Richard said he was “none the wiser” after encountering the couple on the red carpet at the National Television Awards, although he observed they appeared “giddy”.

“Have you seen how hot Michael looks?” Davina told Richard on the red carpet, proudly presenting her partner. Congratulations to them both,” Richard continued in the studio.
Richard added: “Will he be sliding a gold ring on it?” before sharing an interesting fact: “Did you know that if all the gold in the world were put into one place, it would fit into a cube 70 feet by 70 feet.” Davina has since married Michael in December in an intimate ceremony.
