Brevard County residents can look forward to a new entertainment and dining destination scheduled to open in early June 2026 in Viera.
Lakeside Social at Town Center Park will feature a waterfront bar, a curated food vendor park and a community‑focused entertainment venue designed to serve guests from morning through night.
The project is a collaboration between The Viera Company and Rogue Wave Hospitality Group, led by Daniel Todd, the proprietor behind local favorites such as 4th Street Fillin Station, The Alibi Cocktails & Bites, Dirty Birds Tiki Bar & Grill, and Dirty Noodz Ramen & Sake Bar.
Lakeside Social will include a lineup of food vendors anchored by a large central bar, a second boathouse‑style bar overlooking the water and additional satellite bars to support higher‑volume service during peak times.
During the day, the venue is expected to offer a relaxed, family‑friendly atmosphere with casual dining options. As evening approaches, the space will transition into a livelier setting featuring live music and a high-energy nightlife environment.
Lakeside Social is intended to serve as a casual gathering place for both residents and visitors, focusing on open‑access experiences rather than ticketed events. Programming will include live music, school performances and a variety of community events throughout the year.
“We wanted to create something that feels like a backyard on the water; a place the community can truly call their own,” Todd said in a press release.
“It’s somewhere you can stop by for an hour and end up staying all day.”
A limited number of food vendor opportunities remain available. Interested parties can apply through the project’s website at lakesidesocial‑viera.com.
