Jisoo is officially at her first Met Gala!
The 31-year-old BLACKPINK member walked the Met Gala carpet for the first time at the 2026 Met Gala. The event took place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 4) in New York City.
Who designed Jisoo’s Met Gala dress?
Jisoo wore a pink Dior strapless column dress for the event, complimented with Cartier jewelry.
The dress is draped gazar, embroidered with a garden scene, and trimmed with floral bouquets, according to Vogue. It also features a headpiece that includes fabric flower embroidery “and a stunning, one-of-a-kind Cartier Grain de Café necklace.”
The outlet also notes that the fashion house often references Impressionism, including Jonathan Anderson‘s recent Monet-inspired collection last season.

The gala is celebrating the Met’s Costume Art exhibition, which “explores the ‘centrality of the dressed body’ through depictions and interpretations of the human form in the Met’s extensive collection.” The dress code this year is “Fashion is Art” and the co-chairs for the gala are Beyonce, Nicole Kidman, Venus Williams, and former Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.
