According to a release shared with the publication, the headpiece is meant to represent “a literal and symbolic reflection that invites the observer to consider that their perception of others can mirror their own internal world, and conversely mask truth.”

Perry’s appearance at the event comes on the heels of Ruby Rose leveling sexual assault allegations against her in April.

Australian actress Ruby Rose alleged in a series of Threads posts on April 12 that Perry had assaulted her at an Australian nightclub when she was in her 20s.
