FREMONT, CA — A new music school has officially opened its doors in Fremont.
The California Conservatory of Music opened its first location in Fremont recently. It had its grand opening on Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, performances by students and instructors and a tour of the facilities.
“The California Conservatory of Music is owned and operated by musicians — Robert Miller and Christopher Mallett — and has provided quality music education across the Bay Area since 2011,” the company said in a statement. “Every instructor is university-trained, but what sets us apart is the experience around the lessons.”
The school offers private guitar, piano, violin and voice lessons for all ages, with students being allowed to perform during the bi-annual recitals and other community events, according to the company.
The California Conservatory of Music has two other locations: Sunnyvale and Redwood City.
“Music is social at CCM — from recitals to monthly practice challenges to trophies and certificates, we keep students motivated, connected, and growing,” the company said.
The California Conservatory of Music in Fremont is located at 3890 Mowry Ave.
