The case centers on publicist Jonathan Hay, who filed a police report in September 2025 alleging that Combs sexually battered him in 2020 and again in 2021. The two alleged incidents took place in 2020 and 2021, when Hay claims he ended up alone with the mogul inside a room on separate occasions and at different locations. In the first incident, Hay alleges that Diddy masturbated into one of Biggie’s shirts before telling Hay to “come finish him off” in a sexual sense, according to TMZ. He further claimed that Diddy took the shirt he had ejaculated into and threw it at him.
In the 2021 incident, Hay claimed that he flew to L.A. to resume his project with CJ, but again ended up inside a room with Diddy.
