Taylor Swift is getting in some BFF time with Gigi Hadid ahead of her wedding to Travis Kelce.
The pop star’s SUV was seen arriving at Hadid’s condo in New York City on Wednesday, July 1, according to a video obtained by TMZ. Swift and Hadid have been friends for years, and it’s anticipated that the supermodel will be a part of the singer’s big day. According to the outlet, Swift stayed about five hours at Hadid’s place.
Swift’s soon-to-be-husband was also spotted in New York City on Wednesday going for a run. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end wore a white T-shirt, dark shorts, silver-and-black running shoes, and a white cap. His shirt had a visible sweat stain on the back, as temperatures in the city neared 100 degrees Wednesday.
The couple is rumored to say “I do” on July 3 at Madison Square Garden. A permit was filed last week for street closures around Madison Square Garden in Midtown Manhattan from July 2 to around noon on July 4 for a July 3 event, citing three anonymous sources per The New York Times. The request also includes capacity between 500 and 999 people, as well as tents outside of the iconic venue.
In addition to Swift and Kelce being spotted in the city Wednesday, the report also detailed that several of the NFL star’s teammates have booked hotel rooms for dates around July 3 at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. The outlet also spoke with an unnamed city official who bluntly said that “Madison Square Garden is planning to host the wedding festivities on July 3.”
There has been a lot of movement around MSG over the past couple of days with deliveries of set pieces, food, and lights. Ahead of the alleged July 3 nuptials, there will be a rehearsal dinner at the Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden on Thursday, July 2 according to Page Six.
