ATG Entertainment, by its own admission the global leader in theater, announced a key hire to strengthen its UK operations.
Charlotte Longstaff rejoins ATG in September as London Programming Director after seven years at LW Theatres. She brings a wealth of West End programming experience and longstanding relationships with producers to her new role.
Longstaff will work closely with Holly Mirams, who continues in her role as Head of London Programming, to secure outstanding shows for the company’s venues in the West End.
Meanwhile, Michael Lynas, ATG Entertainment’s Global Chief Content Officer, will increase his focus on guiding the company’s global programming and production investment strategy, and on maintaining key producer relationships across the UK, U.S. and Europe.
Stuart Griffiths continues in his role as Director of UK Programming, working with Nicky Monk and the UK Regional Programming team, to deliver success for producers and promoters and bring a wide range of high-quality entertainment to audiences across the country.
Melanie Smith, ATG’s Global CEO, commented, “We are always looking to bring the best shows to our theaters and today’s announcement further strengthens the team that focuses on this content and manages the relationships with producers. I am delighted that Charlie Longstaff is returning to ATG and look forward to working with her.
“I am excited that we have the right global team in place to lead our next stage of growth, with Michael focussing on the big strategic content objectives that add value for our theaters, audiences and producers.”
