A royal expert has revealed Prince William’s strong reaction over Meghan Markle and Harry’s reunion with King Charles last week.
Charles and Queen Camilla met Harry, his wife Meghan and their two children Archie and Lilibet on Friday at the monarch’s Highgrove estate in western England.
It was Charles first meeting with his grandchildren Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, since 2022.
The palace source described the meeting as a private family occasion and said no pictures, video or further details would be released.
Following the crucial reunion, royal expert Mark Dolan believes William was reportedly left “furious” by the meeting.
“It’s my understanding that William is furious about this. Why? Because it’s a reward for the treachery, the disloyalty, and the cruelty of Harry and Meghan,” he told Sky News host Paul Murray.
He further said, “Charles wants to see his grandchildren. I understand that, but I think that Harry and Meghan had no right to be on a royal property, but they got their way as usual.”
However, Dolan went on saying, “The Sussexes have won. Meghan Markle back on royal property.”
Meanwhile on the same day, Kate Middleton and Prince William spent time together for a cause close to the Prince of Wales heart, and snubbed Meghan and Harry.
Speaking about it, royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams says, “Meanwhile William and Catherine sent a very different message at the polo, that of togetherness, but also publicly ignoring those who William feels betrayed him and the monarchy. They and their children are its future.”
