Alex Taylor, a lifestyle influencer and news anchor in Ohio, posted a video with her long-time friend, Rachel, seeing each other in pigtails for the first time.
“It took us until our 30s to see each other in pigtails after being friends for more than half our lives, but it was so worth it,” the video read.
Sitting back-to-back, Alex and Rachel put their hair up into the pigtails, and after a countdown, flipped around to see each other’s looks.
Their reaction to the ‘do was, of course, uncontrollable laughter. So much so that the pair were both practically wheezing. “That’s incredible. I want to see it [Rachel’s hair] blowing in the wind,” Alex said as she grabbed her automatic fan. She then included a slo-mo of Rachel laughing as the fan blew on her face.
The post was a tribute to her friend’s 31st birthday, captioned, “Happy 31st birthday to my adorable bestie 🤣❤️🫶🏼”
