Things are getting messier in Real Housewife alum Denise Richards’ divorce from Aaron Phypers. In the latest salvo, Aaron, 53, invited Inside Edition cameras to tour the exes’ $3.5 million California rental property, alleging the 54-year-old keeps the property in a filthy state.

“It’s riddled with moths,” the onetime entrepreneur said, pointing to piles of vintage clothing, then showing off a cluttered bathroom and dirty floors and implying Denise is a hoarder who neglects their many pets.
In court docs, the Wild Things star claims she vacated the property — where Aaron’s parents live downstairs with her 15 dogs — two years ago, and that they are the ones who’ve left it in “disarray.”

But the fact that her ex is airing their dirty laundry in public is embarrassing for her, a source tells Star. “It’s like Aaron is taking a sledgehammer to her reputation, and he won’t quit until she’s totally ruined.”
