Yash’s ‘Toxic’ teaser controversy: Actress Beatriz Taufenbach deletes Instagram
The promotional video for Yash’s movie Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups has come under the spotlight receiving negative feedback for a sexually explicit scene showing a woman in a car parked outside a graveyard.
The criticism increased and Beatriz Taufenbach the Brazilian model and actress who was one of the costars of Yash in the intimate scene apparently turned off her Instagram account.
Curiosity about the woman’s identity in the scene has been growing ever since the teaser was released.
At first various sources asserted that she was actress Natalie Burn. But later on, director Geetu Mohandas took to Instagram to end the speculation and to reveal actress Beatriz Taufenbach. Sharing Beatriz’s picture Geetu said, “This gorgeous girl is my cemetery girl Beatriz Taufenbach.”
Recently the teaser has been subjected to criticism because of the complaints about the controversial scene.
In the middle of the controversy Beatriz has shut down her Instagram account. Now, when her handle is searched on Instagram it doesn’t show up and the message says, “Profile isn’t available”.
