BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Ferris wheels and funnel cakes make their return to the Magic City! The Alabama State Fair is back at Birmingham Race Course now through September 22.
Join the community for thrilling rides, live entertainment, delicious fair foods, and plenty of family-friendly fun and entertainment for everyone.
Additional fun at the 2025 Alabama State Fair includes:
- Banana Derby: Animal lovers will enjoy this show featuring capuchin monkeys riding dogs.
- Rastelli Circus: An animal-free circus showcasing jugglers, acrobats, comedians, clowns, and aerialists.
- Disc-Connected K9’s: A high-energy, choreographed frisbee team of rescued dogs perform tricks to music.
- Jurassic Lockdown Dinosaur Show: Interactive and educational dinosaur show that is entertaining for all ages.
- Goat Island: Climb to new heights with goats in that natural habitat at this fun-filled goat petting zoo.
- Petting Zoo: Miniature horses, baby calves, pigs, buffaloes, you can pet them all!
Admission is free for children 4 and under, $5 for children ages 5-12, $15 for adults and children 13 and older, and $5 for seniors ages 65 and over.
