ALL(H)OURS may be new to the global stage, but the rookie K-pop boy group is moving at full speed for their first fan con in Jersey City next month.
Since debuting in January 2024, ALL(H)OURS has quickly built momentum, earning three rookie nominations, including Best New Male Artist at the 2024 MAMA Awards, as well as nods from the 32nd Hanteo Music Awards and the 39th Golden Disc Awards. Now, the group is bringing that supersonic speed stateside as they prepare to meet international fans face-to-face for the first time.
The rising seven-member act will make its U.S. debut this February, kicking off its first North American tour in the Tri-State area with a fan concert at White Eagle Hall in Jersey City on Feb. 13.
amNewYork spoke with ALL(H)OURS about their music, love for fans, creative drive, and what fuels them as artists. Even the group’s name reflects their work ethic, which, ALL(H)OURS says, is the core of their philosophy.
“Our name ALL(H)OURS contains the meaning that we’re going to put out everything we’ve got for every minute, every second, and every hour,” leader KUNHO said. “Since our debut, we’ve really tried to live by that, giving all our energy and talents to our fans, whether we’re on stage or off. That’s always been our goal.”
With K-pop continuing to gain mainstream traction, ALL(H)OURS hopes to stand out as a group that delivers not just high-energy performances but genuine inspiration. Each member brings a distinct personality that extends beyond the stage and into the group’s social media and vlog content, giving fans a deeper look at who they are offstage.
But who are the members of ALL(H)Hours, and what do they bring to the table? Leader KUNHO anchors the group with a bright smile and high energy, while YOUMIN approaches his artistry with intention, hoping to inspire through his craft. XAYDEN commands attention as a smooth performer, MINJE charms with his angelic vocals and “cute prince” appeal, MASAMI brings humor and levity, HYUNBIN delivers suave, effortless charisma, and the youngest member, ON:N ties it all together as an all-around performer with polished stage presence.

“Our fans are definitely the biggest drive behind everything we do,” HYUNBIN said. “They give us so much love and support, and that pushes us to take on more challenges and grow even more as artists.”
That support also helps the group navigate the demanding schedule that comes with being rookies. Their grit and determination to prove themselves to their audience and their fellow idols have helped push them forward.
“There are times when we feel tired after practice,” Kunho added, “but we always cheer each other on. When someone’s exhausted, we’ll gather together, eat a good meal, and talk things through. Supporting each other like that is another way we stay motivated.”
As K-Pop becomes a dominating factor in the music industry, it has inspired a new generation of artists both through Asian representation on a global stage and the dynamic performances from juggernauts like BTS.
Many of the members point to K-pop trailblazers like BTS as the spark that ignited their own dreams.
“I had great respect for BTS and really admired their music,” YOUMIN said. “I started copying their songs, dancing and singing since elementary school. That’s how my dream to become an artist grew.”
ON:N echoed the sentiment, recalling how the boom of K-pop during his school years inspired him and his members to pursue the stage.
“Watching BTS perform, being active on stages or across the screen, that really motivated us to do the same thing. To perform like them, be loved by the audience, and be on the big stage putting on a cool performance,” ON:N said.
For KUNHO, becoming an artist also carried a deeply personal meaning and meant creating a legacy, an imprint that goes beyond the stage.
“I wanted my family—especially my grandparents—to see me more,” he said. “I thought if I worked in music and appeared on TV or video, they could watch me doing something I truly love.”
As the group prepares for its North American debut, ALL(H)OURS says the scale of their international support has been humbling.
“We’ve been receiving a lot of support online, but we haven’t really met them in person, especially the international fans. But when we got on the Fan Con tour, we were surprised by how many people came out to see us and sent so much love and support in various cities and countries. I think that was the moment that really made us realize that we are very loved by so many people around the world,” XAYDEN said.
That connection reinforces the group’s mission to create music that offers comfort and inspiration.
“It means so much to know our music brings comfort to people,” HYUNBIN added. “That motivates us to give even more.”
ALL(H)OURS’ discography spans four albums with distinct concepts, blending intensity with emotional storytelling. The members remain closely involved in lyrics and creative direction, emphasizing authenticity and individuality.
“We want to highlight each member’s unique voice color,” MINJE said. “That’s something new we really want to explore.”
XAYDEN added that the group resists being boxed into a single genre.
“Our goal is always to make music that’s enjoyable and good to the ears,” he said. “We want to keep trying different styles while still sounding like ALL(H)OURS.”
As they prepare to bring their energy to North America for the first time, the group remains focused on one promise: giving fans everything they’ve got—every minute, every second, every hour.
