Pest control vans have been spotted at the property, but the reason is unclear.
While it is rumoured that pest control was called out after the discovery of mole hills in the garden and potential mouse sightings, it is now feared that the property may have a bigger issue.
Command Pest Control, who have been seen at the property, have warned on their website that January is a bad time for rats.
As reported by The Sun, Command Pest Control’s website says: “January is a bad time for rats, especially when it is cold and frosty, their numbers reduce dramatically in prolonged spells of cold.”
It is therefore believed that Andrew may be housed elsewhere temporarily until the property is ready for him to move his belongings into.
This is expected to be another property on the monarch’s private Norfolk estate.
