Are Heather and Meredith from ‘RHOSLC’ still friends?

Heather Gay revealed where she stands with her “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” costar Meredith Marks after a rocky season.

“The reunion is the last time we’ve spoken,” Heather told NJ.com on Tuesday, Jan. 13.

The “RHOSLC” season 6 reunion was filmed in early December 2025. Only the first part of the reunion has aired, but the trailer shows Meredith and Heather arguing.

“She screeched at me for two months,” Meredith says of Heather.

“Screeched at you for two months? F–k you,” Heather shoots back. “Our friendship is over from this moment on. Buckle up, Meredith.”

Heather told NJ.com that things got “really heated” during her sit-down with her costars.

“The reunion ends with more heartbreak than resolve,” she shared.

Heather and Meredith’s season 6 feud stemmed from an incident on a flight from Barbados back to Utah. When the cameras weren’t rolling, Meredith allegedly began yelling about Britani Bateman repeating rumors that her husband, Seth Marks, was seen with another woman.

Britani, Heather, Whitney Rose, Mary Cosby and Angie Katsanevas all recalled Meredith making a scene on the flight, yelling about Britani and making rude comments about her. Meredith and Lisa Barlow both downplayed the situation, with Meredith claiming she merely vented to Lisa about Britani and didn’t scream.

Heather spent several episodes trying to get Meredith to acknowledge her behavior, expressing frustration that Meredith would imply she was lying.

“Meredith really kind of explains a lot of her position at the reunion, and I think it’s really interesting for her to tell everyone why she’s sticking to her version and why it’s been so hard for her to talk about,” Heather told NJ.com.

While Heather appreciated hearing more of Meredith’s perspective, she’s still hurt by her behavior during season 6.

“I would have been a lot less accommodating if I thought when I was talking to Meredith she was interpreting our friendship as me shrieking at her,” Heather said. “I definitely wouldn’t have been speaking to her for those two months [if I’d known that]. I regret all of those conversations that were reduced to such a negative, horrible way to characterize our friendship. So, noted. No more shrieking for me. I will not speak to you.”

As Heather takes a break from Meredith, she’s prioritizing both her mental and physical wellness. The Bravo star has been candid about using a GLP-1 to help her lose weight.

“GLP-1s have miraculously — I don’t know a different word — enabled me to still love the foods I love and be the person I am, but to have my body work better. And that’s the only way I can explain it,” Heather said. “I feel like my nutrition has more impact, I feel like my metabolism is in check. I don’t have low blood sugars, I don’t have highs and lows. I feel like I can focus on what’s important to me, and my weight is not important to me. It’s important to have a healthy body that carries me through life.”

Heather noted that as she enjoys a new “phase” in her life, it made sense for her to partner with Atkins.

“I’ve had other products, people and weight loss companies approach me, and I’ve never wanted to partner with anyone because it wasn’t authentic to my lifestyle or to what I was actually doing. [But] Atkins is delicious. Their snacks are delicious,” Heather said. “You can’t even tell they’re healthy, and that’s the biggest endorsement I could give.”

Heather’s go-to Atkins snacks are the milk chocolate protein shake and the protein bars.

“They work with my lifestyle. This partnership has been really natural and easy and exciting,” she said. “Maybe you can’t get on GLP-1s right now. … You can still treat your body well with delicious, impactful nutritional shakes and bars and Atkins products.”
