Action icon Arnold Schwarzenegger recently delighted fans at the Arnold Sports Festival by revealing he is in active discussions to revisit three of his most legendary film franchises.
The 78-year-old star announced that plans are moving forward for a new project titled King Conan, which would see him return to the role of the sword-wielding warrior he first brought to life in 1982.
To helm this new chapter, the studio has tapped filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie, known for his work on the most recent Mission: Impossible entries. “They just hired a fantastic writer/director who did Tom Cruise’s last four movies,” Schwarzenegger explained to the crowd.
