Ashley Tisdale’s 19-month postpartum photo has gone viral online. It didn’t catch attention just for the picture, but for the message she tried to deliver. The 40-year-old recently shared a mirror selfie on her Instagram Story. In it, she wore a black bikini with her face covered due to the phone.
Over her picture, Tisdale wrote a lengthy message about how she felt “comfortable” in a bikini for the first time after giving birth to Emerson. “19 months post partum. No shortcuts,” she mentioned in the beginning. Furthermore, the actress revealed that she has been doing physical training “twice a week.” She has also been going for pilates, but not consistently — only when she has driven to Los Angeles.
“I’m not exactly where I want to be yet, but it’s the first time I have felt comfortable wearing a bikini since having Emerson, so that’s a win! Remember: everyone is different PP so let’s try to give ourselves grace and not compare,” Tisdale added in her IG Story.
She has two daughters, Emerson and Jupiter, with her husband of 12 years, Christopher French. While the youngest is one-year-old, the eldest turned five last month. Tisdale had shared a heartfelt post online to mark the special day. She praised her baby girl for her “sensitive, sweet, smart, sassy, empathetic, and so loving” nature.
