Banijay Entertainment today confirms Cathy Payne will lead the combined distribution business of Banijay Rights and All3Media International. Payne will remain Chief Executive Officer of Banijay Rights, the name assigned to Banijay Entertainment’s distribution business once combined. The company also confirms that Louise Pedersen, CEO of All3Media International, has decided to step down following the completion of the merger.
