Speaking in an interview with Elle Magazine, the 31-year-old actor opened up about the Marvel project and revealed that she is associated with the Blade reboot despite waiting for the production to begin. Moreover, she didn’t shy away from saying that the production giant’s decision to delay the title was “for the best.” She said, “It’s for the best that it’s taken the time that it has. They want to do it right.”
Fans, who have been eagerly waiting for the project, would have taken a sigh of relief after the comments made by Goth. Marvel announced the project back in 2019 and noted that they were working on bringing the character back to the MCU. At the time, it was revealed that Oscar-winning actor Mahershala Ali will be playing the vampire hunter in the reboot. Furthermore, in 2023, Goth joined the cast in an undisclosed role.
