(NewsNation) — Blake Lively’s legal battle against “It Ends With Us” director Justin Baldoni isn’t over, but according to one Hollywood veteran, her reputation is.
Fran Weinstein, a director at “Entertainment Tonight” and “The Insider” for over three decades and author of the upcoming memoir “Tortured Souls,” confirmed my scoop last year no one in Hollywood wants to go anywhere near Lively.

“At the moment, I believe that Blake is persona non grata,” Weinstein told me. “They don’t want to go near that fire for a while.”
The blunt assessment comes as Lively prepares for a May trial against Baldoni’s PR team and his production company after a judge earlier this month threw out 10 of her 13 complaints. Two retaliation claims remain.

Weinstein, who interviewed Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds multiple times over the course of her career, says she questions whether the lawsuit was the right move to begin with.
“I don’t know what happened on the set, but I think she made a really unfortunate move by bringing this all about,” Weinstein said. “It’s a hard line to tow because you’ve got to believe women when they say that they were harassed — but the evidence does not show that (that Lively was harassed).”
Could Blake Lively be moving to England?
Meanwhile, rumors are spreading in New York that Lively and Reynolds may be considering a move to England amid the fallout, something Weinstein said was a “good” idea.
Last year, I was the first to report that Hollywood agents and industry bigwigs were steering clear of the actress, as everyone “is loath to work with litigious actresses who cause them to go over budget.”

“No one wants to work with Blake,” my Hollywood insider said. “She cost (producer) Wayfarer and Sony (the distributor of ‘It Ends With Us’) millions and blew past budgets with her demands and actions.”
However, Weinstein stopped short of writing Lively off entirely.
“Everybody can make a comeback,” she said, “but not for a while.”
Whether Hollywood will be willing to write one for Blake Lively remains to be seen.
