EAU CLAIRE — The Blue Ox Music Festival has announced the lineup for its upcoming 2026 installment.
The 12th year of the festival will take place from June 25 to 27 at The Pines Music Park in the northwoods of Wisconsin, offering music fans artists from the bluegrass, Americana, folk and roots genres as it has since 2015.
Like prior editions, Pert Near Sandstone will host the festival, and will also perform on two of the evenings of the festival, with band member Justin Bruhn once again being the MC.
Headlining this year and making his debut is Texas crooner Charley Crockett. The singer-songwriter has been nominated for a Grammy award and has sold out across the country. The trio I’m With Her will also make their debut. The group, which won a Grammy for Best Root Song with “Call My Name,” have proven themselves a force in the world of folk music.
Other big names include Sierra Hull, a two-time Grammy nominated mandolin virtuoso with the acclaimed album “25 Trips”; the Marcus King Band, with three Grammy-nominated albums of their own who just released their new album, “Darling Blue”; Daniel Donato, a Blue Ox favorite who describes his style as “cosmic country”; and Valerie June, a Grammy-nominated singer and a three-time nominee of the Americana Music Honors and Awards.
