Cardi B and boyfriend Stefon Diggs are expecting their first child together.
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper confirmed the news on during a Sept. 17 apperance on CBS Mornings with Gayle King.
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend Stefon Diggs,” Cardi revealed, noting that her due date is before her recently announced Little Miss Drama tour starting in February 2026. “I’ve been putting in all this work, but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”
Cardi, whose new album “Am I The Drama?,” comes out this Friday, explained that this pregnancy couldn’t come at a better time. “I’m happy I feel like I’m in a good space,” she told King.
“Me and my man are very supportive of each other. We like in the same space in our careers. You know what it is that I feel like we’re really great, we’re really the best at what we do.”
Cardi further told King how “safe” Diggs makes her feel. ”He just makes me feel safe and very confident and very strong,” she explained, revealing that he helped her through a panic attack she was having over her forthcoming album. “He was just like, ‘Girl, you better get it together.’ … I feel like feeling safe, feeling confident, it makes you feel like you can take over the world.”
This will be Cardi’s fourth child. She shares three kids with ex-husband Offset, who she was married to from 2017 to 2024.
Rumors of Cardi’s relationship with Diggs, a wide receiver for the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills alum, started circulating in October 2024. This past May, they seemingly confirmed they were an item when they made their first public appearance together at a Boston Celtics and New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden.
