Celebrities React to Kane Brown’s Jaw‑Dropping Fitness Transformation

Country music star Kane Brown, 31, has given fans an inside look into his fitness journey via social media. On Friday, August 15, the “Miles On It” singer debuted his progress on Instagram with side-by-side shirtless photos highlighting his transformed abs.

“From April – August and we just getting started!” Brown captioned the post, adding a fire emoji. The musician and father of 3 impressed both fans and fellow celebrities, with many taking to the comments section to give their thoughts.

“That’s insane, teach me your ways buddy,” said fellow country artist Chris Lane, including flower emojis.

Actor Taylor Lautner, a good friend of Brown’s and his co-star in the upcoming rom-com The Token Groomsman, chimed in the comments with, “Dude what are we talkinggg about.”

Singer Bailey Zimmerman added, “Inspiring dawg.” Artist manager Nikki Boon gave her thoughts, saying, “Feels like you gotta do a superhero movie ASAP.”

Brown had previously shared another side-by-side progress photo back in May, captioned, “From April 1st on the (left) until today (right) I’ve been super dedicated to fitness and health. I would love others to come on this journey with me.”

Fans were just as inspired by the “Used To Love You Sober” singer as the celebrities were, interested to know his routine and meal plan.

“What training do you do as im on a health kick myself! And what do you eat? Everyone like it they want to know!!” said one user.

“That’s is truly remarkable results so quickly. Do u do intermittent fasting? And when you said u cut out sugar is it junk sugar or all sugar even natural sugar from fruits?” wondered another fan.

Alongside his health and wellness journey, Brown recently dropped the music video for his track “2 Pair.” He’s also currently touring with The High Road Tour, which began on March 13 in San Diego. His most recent album, The High Road, was released in January.
