MADISONVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) – Cincinnati’s newest restaurant will open later in March. Chef Fabio Viviani’s new Italian restaurant Zingaro is set to open on March 24.
Zingaro is located in Madisonville in the Madison Square development on Medpace’s campus, located at 5380 Medpace Way.
Viviani, who appeared on Bravo TV’s “Top Chef” plans to bring regional dishes that shaped his childhood in Italy to Cincinnati.

“Growing up in Italy, every region has its own story told through food,” said Viviani in a news release. “At Zingaro, we’re celebrating those traditions and bringing them together in one place, the way people do when they travel across the country.”
His restaurant group Fabio Viviani Hospitality has opened up more than 35 concepts nationwide.

The restaurant will have an open kitchen and guest can watch the staff shape and cut the hand-made pasta.
