The eight-episode series will see fourteen stars be pushed to the extreme
Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins has returned for its seventh season where viewers can watch fourteen new famous faces take on some of the toughest challenges they’ll ever have to face.
The popular series first aired in 2019 as a special for Stand Up To Cancer. The cast included Victoria Pendleton, Camilla Thurlow, Jeremy Irvine, Wayne Bridge, AJ Odudu, Ben Foden, Heather Fisher, Jeff Brazier, Andrea McLean, Dev, Louise Mensch, and Sam Thompson.
It was 2015 that the non-celebrity version first aired, with the show filmed in different locations every year – this is the same for the celebrity version too. This year, the stars were based in Wales.
Last year, the celebrities were in New Zealand and it was Georgia Harrison and Lani Daniels who won the 2024 season of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. They were the only two contestants to pass the final selection test in the gruelling competition.
With both physical and mental challenges, it was a particularly tough interrogation last year that saw Georgia start hallucinating from the sheer exhaustion.

What time is it on and how to watch?
Airing across eight one-hour episodes, this seventh series can be streamed or watched live every Sunday and Monday from 9pm on Channel 4, starting on 3rd August.
Tasha Ghouri who reached the final of Strictly Come Dancing last year and also found love on Love Island, said: “I’m very excited to actually take on the course and just go for it, push myself and really challenge myself.
“But I also want to show people that having a disability makes you no less able – we can also push ourselves, and do crazy challenges if we put our mind to it.”
The seventh series will see an elite team of ex-Special Forces soldiers – Chief Instructor Billy Billingham and his team of Directing Staff (DS) – Foxy (Jason Fox), Rudy Reyes and Chris Oliver – will be taking the new recruits to Wales, the home of the first phase of SAS Selection, where they will be stripped of their home comforts, families, agents and social media.
Speaking about what the celebrities will be up against, DS Foxy said: “The world is now a complex and dangerous place with threats coming from all angles. Because of that, we as a country need to be ready.
“We want to show these celebrity recruits what it takes to prepare for war, but do they have what it takes, far away from their privileged lives?”
It’s been teased that this will be the “hardest course yet” in the toughest stages of SAS selection for the celebrities.
DS Chris added: “This isn’t just about physical strength; it’s about mental resilience too. The recruits will be pushed to their limits, both individually and as a unit. Trust in each other will be our greatest asset.
“When the waves are high and the wind is howling, they will need to rely on the training and instincts if they are going to succeed.”
