Fresh from the success of his recent US state visit the King has launched a range of luxury baseball caps – for the princely sum of £475 each.
The cashmere Tetbury navy cap, the latest addition to the Highgrove collection sold online and from the onsite shop in Gloucestershire, promises “British charm and that modern edge”.
Available in small to extra large sizes, it is “a smart hat that seamlessly blends classic charm with contemporary panache” and is “ready to lift any outfit from casual strolls to smart occasions”.
It is supplied by the oldest hat shop in the world Lock & Co, who from the reigns of King Charles II to His Majesty King Charles III have served London’s high society and this year celebrates its 350th anniversary.
The cap is made from “sumptuous cashmere” which is “soft to the touch, breathable, durable, and warm.”
The King’s Highgrove Estate is also offering two slightly cheaper versions made from UK pure wool in a beige-check or green-check, for £325, which promises “British charm and a dash of modern flair.”
These luxury caps “offers breathable comfort and a soft touch, perfect for year-round wear, from casual country walks to smart garden occasions”.
All come in a Lock & Co classic hat box, lined in rich dark brown with elegant gold-embroidered branding “ready to make any outfit feel special”.
All proceeds support The King’s Foundation.
