The decision has sparked plenty of controversy, with many conservative critics accusing the musician of being “massive Trump hater” or an “anti-ICE pop star,” as Molly Jong-Fast wrote in a New York Times opinion.

What Has Bad Bunny Said About ICE?
In September, Bad Bunny explained that ICE played a role in his decision not to schedule any concert dates in the U.S. as part of his most recent world tour.
“There was the issue of—like, f—king ICE could be outside [my concert]. And it’s something that we were talking about and very concerned about,” Bad Bunny told i-D Magazine, emphasizing that none of the reasons that went into his decision “were out of hate.”
