According to Charlie Sheen, Mira Sorvino made him an offer that pained him to refuse.
In the actor’s new book, The Book of Sheen: A Memoir, the Anger Management alum, 60, talked about landing in the hospital after shooting cocaine in 1998, which was a violation of his probation stemming from a previous arrest.
As Sheen tells it, following the near-fatal overdose, he bailed on seeking treatment from Promises Malibu and talked his way out of the psych ward at Cedars-Sinai, only to be informed that the US Marshals were en route to his home, as a warrant was out for his arrest.
While “on the lam,” Sheen found out he was due at Malibu Courthouse the next morning and opted to stop by the home of Saul Hudson a.k.a Slash, where he found both the Guns N’ Roses rocker, 60, and Mira Sorvino.

There, he “pleaded” his “case” to the pair that he wanted to “stay on the run” and keep the party, going much to Slash and Sorvino’s shock.
After Slash warned him that he needed to go to rehab, Sheen turned to Sorvino — with whom he admits he’d shared a mutual crush over the years — for support.
According to Sheen, the Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion star, 57, took him by the shoulders and told him, “I will sleep with you — if you just promise to get yourself to court this morning.”
A shocked Sheen told Sorvino he was “flattered” but would, in fact, go to the courthouse after all.
In the memior, the Platoon star admits he was only mildly interested in what the judge was imposing on him.
“In all truth, I was still beaming from Mira’s sexy offer,” he writes, noting that her proposition left him “more touched than if it had actually happened.”
The Book of Sheen will be available Tuesday, September 9.
