Cloudco Entertainment is strengthening the Care Bears licensing program across EMEA with new agency appointments and expanded partnerships. PGS leads the brand’s entry into luxury collaborations, while The License Connection will oversee growth in the Benelux region. These additions complement an existing network of top regional agencies announced last year.
Over the past year, Care Bears has expanded into new categories including arts and crafts, tableware, lunchware, back-to-school, confectionery, publishing, and secondary toys. Recent licensees include Stor for lunchware and hydration, RMS for arts and crafts, Ravensburger for games and puzzles, and Lisciani Giochi for educational and electronic games. Additional market-specific partners, such as Cerda in Iberia, CCG in Benelux, and Skybrands in the Nordics, are also on board.
On the retail side, the brand continues to resonate with multi-generational audiences. Recent placements include Zara, H&M, Marks & Spencer, and Claire’s, with Benetton set to launch collections in 2026. Care Bears are also present across mass retailers such as Carrefour, Smyk, Biedronka, Tesco, and George at Asda.
“Care Bears continues to prove its power as a brand that connects across generations,” says Katie Wilkinson, senior licensing manager, Cloudco Entertainment. “From fashion aisles to lunchboxes, our partners are finding joyful ways to bring Care Bears into everyday life. The response from fans has been incredible, and we’re excited about what’s next and the breadth of possibilities ahead as we plan towards our big birthday year in 2027.”
With more collaborations and launches ahead, Cloudco Entertainment is positioning Care Bears for continued growth leading up to the brand’s milestone 45th anniversary in 2027. Learn more at cloudcoentertainment.com.
