The video for ‘The Jamie Oliver Petrol Station’, a cheeky takedown of Oliver from CMAT’s 2025 album EURO-COUNTRY, will release Saturday, March 14, at 2pm.
CMAT has announced a music video for her song ‘The Jamie Oliver Petrol Station’ along with a special guest: Jamie Oliver himself.
The song is a playful pop takedown of Oliver featuring CMAT’s self-admonishment for her harsh judgement of the celebrity chef.
With a chorus like “Okay, don’t be a bitch / The man’s got kids, and they wouldn’t like this” and the line “I needed deli, but, God, I hate him“, Oliver’s cameo is an unexpected and humourous twist.
The music video will premiere on YouTube this Saturday, March 14, at 2pm GMT. Wait for the premiere below.
CMAT announced Oliver’s guest appearance via Instagram reel on Wednesday.
Like much of CMAT’s music, ‘The Jamie Oliver Petrol Station’ is rife with Irish references, like ‘I make up places like Finglas, Tennessee‘ and ‘Sinéad in Ratoath and Sinéad in the sky / And Sinéads that I’ll meet on the by and by‘.
And, of course, the song’s title is an homage to the Shell petrol station delis emblazoned with Oliver’s name.
