Kizie the Violist is scheduled to perform at the Coral Springs Museum of Art on Thursday, Feb. 19.

The Coral Springs Museum of Art is inviting art lovers and social seekers to its latest installation of Art@Night, honoring Black History Month with guided creative projects and live performances from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 19.
The evening will include entertainment from acclaimed performer Kizie the Violist and the Exit 36 Poetry Slam Team.
Visitors will also be able to create their own collaborative poetry, plus quilt squares based on the work of renowned Black artists.
Drinks and light bites from Reggae Beets, a Jamaican food truck specializing in traditional and vegan takes on the island’s cuisine, will be available for purchase.
The museum’s two current exhibitions, “Casa Dolce Casa” by Tommaso Fattovich and “Underneath the Surface of Sight” by Lisa MacNamara, will also be open for viewing.
