Musician Cruz Beckham, 21—and son to David BeckhamandVictoria Beckham—recently posted a video of his band Cruz Beckham & The Breakers performing a new song titled “Loneliest Boy.” The song lyrics appear to be taking a pointed jab at Brooklyn Beckham, 27, Cruz’s estranged older brother and David and Victoria’s oldest son as the family’s ongoing beef continues.
Brooklyn Beckham has been estranged from his parents at least since January 2026, when he launched a series of public Instagram posts accusing his mom and dad of trying to control him, prioritizing the family’s public image over personal relations, and trying to get in the way of his marriage to wife Nicola Peltz Beckham. Since then, there has been ongoing public fallout around the rift.

There are several lines in the new song that may be aimed at Brooklyn, particularly these:
Loneliest boy, I hope that you’re listening / Don’t push all your friends away, when we’re tryna show you love
Loneliest boy, mama don’t talk too much / It’s breaking her heart / It shows in the small things that you don’t do / I guess in the end that it’s you, yourself, and you / Tell me how do you live, when you’ve got nobody to lose?

There are definitely some jabs made in these lyrics, but what’s rising to the top feels more like pain and angst from one broken-hearted brother to another.

[Verse 1]
Loneliest boy, place all your bets on him
To find something bad in somebody good, he always does
Loneliest boy, I hope that you’re listening
Don’t push all your friends away, when we’re tryna show you love
[Chorus]
So tell me you’re scared, and that you need someone to hold
‘Cause you’re in the room but really, does it even show?
But, why can’t they see that you’re a million miles away
They’ll never know, when you look so close
[Verse 2]
Loneliest boy, mama don’t talk too much
It’s breaking hеr heart
It shows in the small things that you don’t do
I guess in thе end that it’s you, yourself, and you
Tell me how do you live, when you’ve got nobody to lose?
[Chorus]
So tell me you’re scared, and that you need someone to hold
‘Cause you’re in the room but really, does it even show?
But, why can’t they see that you’re a million miles away
They’ll never know, when you look so close
This whole ordeal seems heartbreaking and painful for everyone involved.
